I sit in silence

Breathing the air

Absorbing the light

Wind in my hair

Feeling the ground

Hearing no sound

And then as if in a moment my heart laid bare

Earths energy everywhere 

Pure essence of life now mine to share

I open my arms 

Look up to the sky

This moment on this Earth

Its all mine
