Going nowhere

Paralysed by the beauty of the cliffs

Skylark and linnet in competing voice

Gorse and bluebells sharing space

Bumblebee bumbling in her happy place

The gentle roar of the sea

Awakens my reverie

As this summer May Day

Gives of its best

What a splendid sunny rest
