Morocco musings

There’s a camel in the car park

And an ibis in the drain

A flock of storks are circling

On their way back in from Spain

There’s a mosque on every corner

And a piper in the sand

And warblers singing cheerfully

Joining in the band

There’s eagles in the mountains

And macaques amongst the trees

Punk terns in the wetlands

And dolphins in the seas

But for me the icing on the cake

Of Morocco’s special treats

Is the dulux briliiant white tipped tail

Of the one we call black wheat!
