No sign of Paddington here after all
In deepest darkest Peru
But anything could happen
After a Pisco Sour or two
Arequipa the Spanish Colonial town
With a brilliant volcano view
Beware the rooftop sunsets
After a Pisco Sour or two
Condors flying the canyon
Little humming birds too
And even tiny crocodiles
After a Pisco Sour or two!
Tiny homes amongst the reeds
Titicaca a brilliant blue
Teach the kids to swim in case
Of a Pisco sour or two
Rainbow mountains a stunning site
Nothing can beat that view
Was that a lady with a llama
Or had I had a Pisco or two?
Pisac brewery and very strong beers
We only sampled a few
But our laughs and swaggers were just as if
We’d had a Pisco sour or two
Up with the locals humbled our souls
To the mountains we Coca leaves chewed
The effects of altitude played with our brains
Like a Pisco Sour would do
Immersed in the Incan tradition
A hillside fort with a view
We wondered if they pondered the sunset
With a Pisco Sour or two
